The King of Gains Gym & Nutrition Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates kogcinna.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have regarding your data. It applies to all visitors of the Site and to people who interact with our ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Information you provide directly
- ▸Tour bookings: your name, email address, and the date and time you request, submitted through the Book a Tour form. This form does not collect phone numbers.
- ▸Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, role of interest, availability, earliest start date, your answers to application questions, and an optional resume file, submitted through the Careers form.
- ▸Chat widget: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of messages you send through the chat widget on our homepage.
- ▸Text messaging consent: whether you have opted in to text messages through our chat widget or by texting us first, so we can honor your communication preferences.
Information collected automatically
- ▸Analytics and advertising data: we use (or may use) Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and interactions with the Site. The Meta Pixel also allows Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to associate your visit with your Meta account for ad measurement and audience building.
- ▸Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records standard request data (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) for security and debugging.

Service providers
- ▸Vercel hosts the Site and processes server logs.
- ▸Google provides analytics and the map embed on our contact page.
- ▸Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) processes Pixel data for ad measurement and audience building.
- ▸HighLevel (LeadConnector) powers our chat widget and our customer relationship management system, and processes the contact information you submit through the Book a Tour form and chat widget so we can schedule tours and respond to you.
Membership signup
Membership signup and member sign-in are handled by TheMemberSpot, a third-party membership platform, at kingofgains.thememberspot.com. Information you enter there (including payment details) is collected and processed by TheMemberSpot under its own privacy policy. We do not collect or store payment card information on this Site.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information. Sharing website activity with advertising partners such as Meta may be considered “sharing” under California law; see Section 9 for how to opt out.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) and Consent
If you opt in to text messages by starting a conversation in our website chat widget or by texting us first, we may send you text messages for tour confirmations, appointment reminders, customer care follow-ups, and occasional updates or promotions about the gym. The chat widget is the only place on the Site where phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are collected; our Book a Tour form does not collect phone numbers or opt-in consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get assistance by replying HELP, calling us at (856) 209-4367, or emailing Info@kogcinna.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging platform providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf.
6. Data Retention
- ▸Tour booking requests: up to 12 months after your requested date.
- ▸Job applications: up to 12 months after submission, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- ▸Analytics data: per Google Analytics retention settings (up to 26 months).
- ▸Server logs: retained briefly by our hosting provider for security.
7. Data Security
The Site is served over HTTPS with encryption in transit. Access to submitted form data is limited to gym staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
8. Your Rights (EEA and UK Residents)
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. 9. Your Rights (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To opt out of the sharing of your website activity with advertising partners, email us at Info@kogcinna.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” disable the Meta Pixel through your browser's tracking protections, or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at Info@kogcinna.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
