Chapter One
The Nutrition Store
King of Gains started behind a supplement counter. Long before the first rack was bolted down, KOG was the place South Jersey lifters came for protein, pre-workout, and straight answers. As one longtime member put it: "I've seen Johnny grow from a nutrition store to now adding a gym."
Chapter Two
The Gym
In 2022, KOG Lifestyle Gym opened its doors in Cinnaminson: a gym built by a lifter, for lifters. Not a health club. Competition-grade powerlifting equipment, a bodybuilding floor with every machine that matters, and an atmosphere that reviewers keep calling unmatched.
Chapter Three
The Expansion
The facility kept growing into what it is today: over 27,000 square feet with a dedicated cardio floor and a full boxing area with a professional ring. In our members' words, the expansion "made this gym go from a 10/10 to a 100/10" and "eliminates the need for any other specialty gym."
The Owner
Johnny KOG
Ask the members what makes this gym different and the answer is always the same. “What really makes this gym stand out is the owner.” “Phenomenal equipment and a great owner.” “Johnny KOG the GOAT.” Johnny built KOG from the ground up and is still on the floor every week, adding machines, greeting members by name, and holding the standard.
