1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kogcinna.com (the “Site”), operated by The King of Gains Gym & Nutrition Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2501 US-130 Suite 4, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077. By accessing the Site, booking a tour, using our chat widget, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Tour Bookings and Forms

The Site lets you request a gym tour by submitting your name, email address, and a preferred date and time. Submitting the form is a request, not a guarantee; we may contact you to confirm or reschedule. You agree to provide accurate information and to only submit information about yourself. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to submit a form on the Site.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By opting in to text messages from The King of Gains Gym & Nutrition Center, you agree to the following program terms:

• ▸Program description: when you opt in, we may send you text messages for tour confirmations, appointment reminders, customer care follow-ups, and occasional updates or promotions about the gym.
• ▸How you opt in: you opt in by starting a conversation in our website chat widget or by texting us first. The chat widget is the only place on the Site where phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are collected; the Book a Tour form does not collect phone numbers or opt-in consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• ▸Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• ▸Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• ▸Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
• ▸Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, call us at (856) 209-4367, or email Info@kogcinna.com.
• ▸Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• ▸Your privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

4. Memberships

Membership signup, billing, and member sign-in are handled by TheMemberSpot, a third-party membership platform, at kingofgains.thememberspot.com, under its own terms and privacy policy. Membership pricing and offerings shown on the Site are subject to change and are confirmed at signup.

5. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. Use of the gym facility is subject to the waiver and membership agreement you sign at the gym.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, logos, photos, and video, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Acceptable Use
